Benton County - Meeting is June 10, 2004, 6:30 PM, in Bentonville, at the Courthouse Administrative Offices (215 East Central).

Carroll County - Meeting is June 3, 2004, 6 PM, in Berryville, at the Fire Department (College & Main).

Crittenden County - Meeting is June 10, 2004, 10 AM, in West Memphis, at the Dog Track (2nd Floor, room next to the Kennel Club).

Franklin County - Meeting is June 29, 2004, 6:30 PM, in Ozark, at the County Extension Office on Highway 96 (aka Airport Rd).

Garland County - Meeting is June 24, 2004, 7PM, rural of Hot Springs, at the Lake Hamilton Fire Department on Hwy 290.

Johnson County - There will be two meetings, June 14 & 15, 2004, both at 7PM, in Clarksville at the Courthouse, basement meeting room.

Madison County - Meeting is June 1, 2004, 7 PM, in Huntsville, at the Community Center/Library (220 Gaskill aka Hwy 412).

Polk County - Meeting is June 28, 2004 at 7 PM, in Ink, at the Fire Department (Ink is east of Mena on Highway 88).

Sebastian County - Meeting is June 17, 2004, 7 PM, in Greenwood, at the School Admin Bldg (420 Main St).

Washington County - Meeting is June 8, 2004, 7 PM, in Fayetteville at the Courthouse, 5th Floor.
