Drew County - Meeting is July 12, 2004 at 6:30 PM in Wilmar at the Old Wilmar High School (on Hwy 278 W).

Faulkner County - Meeting is July 6, 2004, at 6:30 PM in Conway at the Arkansas One-Call office (505 Industrial Blvd - Exit 129 off of I-40, west 1/2 block, south side of road, between Mapco and Midas)

Pike County - Meeting is July 20, 2004 at 6:30 PM in Kirby at the Fire Department.
